SHIPPING POLICY
We process all orders within 1–3 business days, so you can expect your package to ship out quickly! Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. While we always strive to ship as quickly as possible, please note that processing times may be a bit longer during peak seasons.
At checkout, you'll be able to choose between standard and expedited shipping options, with rates based on your location and the weight of your order. We love our products and want you to love them as quickly as possible!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on herbal teas or tinctures unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days, and we will assist you in resolving it.
